The situation
An illustrative buyer describes a property requirement and asks for a visit. If a broker receives only a name and number, the reasoning and requested next step can be lost. The walkthrough keeps the requirement and request together.
What the code supports
Reando’s call-outcome route stores transcript turns and runs qualification when the buyer actually spoke. The workspace timeline supports recorded calls and WhatsApp history. Retried call outcomes are guarded against duplicate transcript inserts.
The demonstrated handoff
The sample flow displays the buyer context and a requested visit time. It deliberately leaves the visit awaiting broker confirmation. The visual is a simplified representation of the records and handoff, not a recording of an appointment being booked.
Evidence and limits
This study is based on inspected conversation persistence and timeline code. It has no customer outcome, live delivery test or measured time saving. A pilot should verify the saved record and the actual follow-up with a known enquiry.
