What Haptik documents
Haptik describes AI sales, booking and lead-qualification agents, voice and WhatsApp channels, knowledge-base grounding, human handoff and analytics. It also supports multiple industries and an agent builder. These are vendor-described capabilities, not independently benchmarked results.
Where Reando is a closer fit to a defined broker task
Reando’s qualification and property matching are expressed in real estate terms: budget versus price floor, configuration, locality, buyer intent and broker validation. A broker looking for that specific model can review the existing rubric instead of beginning with a general agent design. This is a fit advantage for that requirement, not a measured implementation-time claim.
Where Haptik documents more breadth
Haptik lists channels including RCS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and web alongside WhatsApp and voice. Reando’s reviewed code does not establish the same channel breadth, an equivalent general-purpose agent builder or comparable enterprise certifications.
Choose using the same evaluation set
Compare how both products handle missing inventory facts, uncertain buyer intent and a handoff to a person. Ask for source records and delivery evidence. No claim about lower prices, better accuracy or faster deployment is supported by this comparison.
