Bring enquiries with known outcomes
Use conversations your team has already handled. Include a short but serious enquiry, an uncertain budget, a changing requirement and a buyer asking for a visit. Compare the product’s explanation with the decisions your broker made.
Ask where a property answer came from
Current price and availability need an authoritative source. Ask the vendor to show which property record grounded an answer and what happens when the data is missing. An answer that sounds plausible is not the same as one backed by your inventory.
Follow the next step all the way through
Inspect the transcript, saved requirements and visit status. Ask whether a visit is requested or confirmed. Check that a promised message arrives, and distinguish a queued follow-up from one that has actually been sent.
Separate the demonstrated product from the roadmap
Ask which features are enabled today, which need onboarding and which are concepts. Request a written scope, usage allowance and price before subscribing. For Reando, the CRM WhatsApp interface is shown as a concept, and video access is confirmed per broker.
