Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the reando.in website and the Reando autonomous sales agent, provided by REANDO PRIVATE LIMITED ("Reando", "we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Reando provides an autonomous sales agent that talks to buyers on your behalf, qualifies leads, books site visits, follows up, and creates content. The service is sold per firm. Its features and limits are described on the website and in the plan you subscribe to.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the firm named in the account.
Accounts and workspaces
Your workspace is yours. Leads, conversations, shortlists and closings live in your workspace. If we introduce shared features such as Reando Network, they will be optional and subject to separate terms. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Your data
You own the data you put into the service. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees and payment
Fees are as set out in your plan and are billed in advance. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
WhatsApp and Meta terms
The WhatsApp channel is delivered over Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on your verified business number. You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms, including its policies on business-initiated messages and templates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including sending unlawful or fraudulent messages, attempting to access another firm's workspace, or using the service in a way that violates Meta's policies or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The service, its software and its branding belong to Reando or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you, except the right to use the service as described here.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the scoring will identify every risk in a lead. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reando is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Reando against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
Either party may end the service on written notice. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted after the retention period in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to you before they take effect. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
