Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what we record as the products run, and technical data from your use of the site.

• Information you provide — when you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the name of your firm, plus anything you write in the message.
• Information from the service — conversations the agent has with buyers on WhatsApp, email and calls, lead and contact details, call outcomes, and the scoring and labels derived from them.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser details, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies on the website.

How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries.
• To provide and operate the Reando agent, including lead qualification, follow-ups, site-visit booking, content generation and scoring.
• To improve the products, including checking the scoring against real call outcomes.
• To send you information you have asked for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Messages, calls and content

The agent talks to buyers on your behalf over WhatsApp (through Meta's Cloud API, using your verified business number), email and phone. Messages and calls are processed to qualify and score the conversation, and transcripts, and any call recordings, are stored in your workspace. You are responsible for any notice or consent that callers need. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.

When you ask the agent to make content, the photos, plans and instructions you send are processed by the AI and media-generation providers that produce it.

Legal basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, with your consent where required, and where we have a legitimate interest — such as operating the service you subscribed to or responding to your enquiry. For Indian users, this is in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who operate the service (including Meta, for WhatsApp delivery, AI and media-generation providers, and our hosting and analytics providers), where the law requires it, or as necessary to provide the service you asked for.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting which data can reach an AI model to the minimum necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

Deleting your data

To ask us to delete your personal data, including WhatsApp conversations you have had with a business using Reando, email hello@reando.in from the address or phone number the data relates to, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete the data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

If you are a firm using Reando, you can also ask us to delete your whole workspace. Deletion removes the data from our systems; copies held by Meta under its own policies are governed by Meta's privacy policy.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
