One question, two directions
When a buyer enquires, a broker wants to know which properties fit. When a unit becomes available, the same broker wants to know which buyers fit it. Reando’s matching code uses the same scoring function in both directions, with an explanation attached to each match.
Fit is different from readiness
The match score considers budget, configuration and locality. The qualification score assesses the buyer’s intent and engagement. A buyer can fit a property without being ready to purchase, so those two decisions should stay visible and separate.
Unknown does not mean unsuitable
Missing budget or property information is scored neutrally. A low-ranked result is not automatically hidden. The matching routes are read-only: a match is a recommendation for a broker to inspect, not permission to contact a buyer or a confirmation of availability.
