Before you ask
Do I need both products?
No. PropTech AI is useful on its own if your problem is lead volume you cannot answer fast enough. DealFlow Pro is useful on its own if your leads are fine but your book lives in WhatsApp and Excel. Together they share one pipeline.
Does this replace my existing CRM?
DealFlow Pro is designed to be the tool you open twenty times a day, so for most broker firms it does. If you are contractually on a developer's CRM, PropTech AI can sit in front of it and only pass through leads worth a call.
Who owns the leads?
You do. Your workspace is yours, and nothing is pooled into a shared marketplace where you compete against the platform's other partners.
Is the WhatsApp integration official?
Yes — Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on a verified business number. Business-initiated messages use templates that Meta approves, which is a setup step we walk you through during onboarding.
What does the AI do when it does not know something?
It says so and defers to you. It is specifically barred from answering how Reando is paid, from ranking developers, and from giving a verdict on whether a price is fair. An agent that invents authority is worse than no agent.
Which market is this built for?
Gurgaon and NCR luxury residential, deliberately. Corridors, price bands, stamp duty rules and buyer behaviour are modelled for that market rather than generalised into uselessness.
