Both offer more than a basic chatbot
Sell.Do’s current site describes a real estate revenue platform with AI voice agents, call analysis, content agents, WhatsApp and an MCP server. Calling it a manual CRM would be inaccurate. Reando also has conversation processing, qualification and an early-access video workflow in code.
Where Reando offers a specific reason to evaluate it
Reando exposes a defined five-dimension buyer-fit rubric, deterministic budget rules and broker overrides. If your decision depends on understanding why a lead was prioritised, ask to inspect that reasoning on your enquiries. This is a verifiable Reando capability; it is not evidence that Sell.Do lacks an equivalent.
Where Sell.Do documents broader coverage
Sell.Do describes launch-day booking, collections, marketing attribution, representative coaching and governed AI tools. The Reando code reviewed for this comparison does not establish equivalent end-to-end coverage. A firm needing those workflows should assess Sell.Do on those requirements.
What this comparison cannot establish
No head-to-head test of conversion, cost, reliability or onboarding has been run. Reando’s WhatsApp CRM experience is a concept preview, so it cannot support a claim of a proven interface advantage. Compare both products with the same lead set and ask each vendor to demonstrate the required actions.
| Requirement | Reando | Sell.Do |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer assessment | Defined five-dimension fit rubric and broker review. | Site describes AI intent scoring and call analysis. |

| Broader operations | No verified equivalent for launch booking or collections in this review. | Documents launch booking, collections and marketing attribution. |
