A qualification assessment

From a short enquiry to an explained assessment.

A product case study using a synthetic enquiry and a score calculated with Reando’s actual scoring code.

Product case study · Illustrative data · No customer performance claims

The example

A synthetic buyer asks for a 3 BHK with a ₹4.5 crore budget and requests a conversation tomorrow. This is an illustrative fixture, not a customer record. The model-judged dimension values are supplied for the demonstration; no live model was run.

What was verified

The demonstration executes Reando’s budget-fit and weighted-total functions using a sample ₹4 crore price floor. With depth 14, configuration 18, intent 18 and process engagement 12, the budget-fit value is 20 and the weighted total is 83 out of 100.

Why the result is useful

The broker can see what contributed to the assessment instead of relying on a bare label. The short enquiry does not receive the same weight for conversation length as it does for intent. In a real evaluation, the quality of the model’s dimension judgments still needs checking.

What this study does not prove

The fixture demonstrates the arithmetic and presentation of an assessment. It does not establish scoring accuracy on real buyers, more visits, a conversion lift or revenue. Those claims need a customer dataset with observed outcomes.
